What is proposed here is a comprehensive training program beginning training and be maintained throughout a career. For multiple policy and possibly legal reasons this program can be completely independent of defensive tactics training.

The goal is to increase the health and longevity of the first responder, contribute to the safety of Law Enforcement and the citizenry, and reduce overall deadly force incidents.
